Dana is a weapon on and off the ice. She is currently an Assistant Athletic Director at Bentley University, serving as the Administrator for their NCAA DI Men's Hockey Team.
During her playing career, she helped lead the Boston College Eagles to three appearances in the Frozen Four and two Beanpot Championships. In Jan. 2025, Trivigno was inducted into the Women's Beanpot Hall of Fame. Trivigno also represented the US Women's National Team from 2012-2019 and helped the program win two World Championships, in 2015 and 2016. As a member of the U-18 Women's National Team, she helped the program win gold at the 2011 IIHF U18 Women's World Championships. A proud Shattuck St. Mary's Alum.
Trivigno was drafted 13th overall by the CT Whale of the Premier Hockey Federation in 2015. In addition to the Whale, she also played with the Boston Pride and Buffalo Beauts. She ended her playing career after representing Team New England in the newly formed PWHPA in 2022.
Prior to Bentley, Trivigno was the Head Coach at The Rivers School (2017-2020), and worked with the Washington Capital’s’ Youth Hockey Development and Marketing Team as a Coach & Ambassador with their 'All Caps All Hers' programming & initiatives. She was also the Director of the Boson Junior Whalers Girls Hockey program and was an Assistant Coach at Suffolk University 2020-2022. She's now an Assistant Athletic Director at Bentley University & Sports Administrator for Bentley's NCAA DI Men's Ice Hockey Team.
An Olympic Gold Medalist, Haley also has a wealth of experience both on & off the ice. Over her 10 years with the US Women's National & Olympic Team, Skarupa helped Team USA win gold at the 2015, 2016 & 2017 World Championships as well as winning the gold medal at the 2018 Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
During her NCAA career, Haley scored 244 points in 144 games in college & is the 2nd highest scorer in Boston College history for both men & women. She is an NCAA All-American & was a Top 10 finalist for the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award in 2015 & 2016, representing the NCAA's top female hockey player.
As a professional player in the PHF, Skarupa was drafted 5th overall in 2016, representing the CT Whale & Boston Pride up until 2019. She played in the PWHPA as well, representing the New England region ('20-'22) & Team Sonnet ('22-'23).
Off the ice, Haley served as the Hockey Ambassador for the Washington Capitals, focusing heavily on Youth Hockey Development & growing the game in the DMV region.
She was also the General Manager of the US U18 Women's National Team & Head Scout for the US Women's National and Olympic Team Programs at USA Hockey. She now serves as a Scouting Consultant for the PWHL’s Minnesota Frost & is an Ambassador with the NHL Foundation.
